This website, as well as its content, images and logos, are the exclusive property of Catch of the Week! and cannot be copied, in whole or in part, without express consent, other than for the personal use of the Internet users who visit it. The above conditions apply to all users of this website. We reserve the right to change these conditions without advance notice. By accessing this website or by using it, you automatically accept these conditions and agree to abide by them.

TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHT


Certain names, words, titles, expressions, logos, icons, graphics or drawings on the website pages can constitute trademarks of Catch of the Week! Any fraudulent use or alteration could breach federal trademark or copyright laws.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS


Catch of the Week undertakes to reimburse or exchange products purchased by its customers in any of its seven (7) stores if:

  • The product to be refunded or exchanged was purchased within 10 days of the request. The reference purchase date is the date on the original receipt;
  • The original purchase receipt for the product to be refunded or exchanged is presented at the time of the refund or exchange;
  • The product to be refunded or exchanged is presented at the time of the refund or exchange;
  • The product refund or exchange is approved by the manager or assistant manager on duty at the time of the refund or exchange.

For all refunds or exchanges, the customer’s name and telephone number, the reason for the return or exchange, and the signature of the customer, are required for the refund or exchange to be valid.


If a customer number appears on the original invoice, this same number must be entered on the refund transaction in order to deduct points from the customer card.


Refunds will be made using the same payment method used on the original invoice. If the original purchase was made by credit card, the refund must be made on the same credit card (see the 4 figures on the invoice as reference).
