Kimchi and Cheese Baked Fish

"Combining the flavors of the East and the West, this Kimchi and Cheese Baked Fish is perfect for people who are on low-carb or keto diet. The fermented kimchi not only is fiber-rich but also great for the digestive tract while the cod fillet contains an abundance of healthy protein. Now, everyone can enjoy this tasty and nutritious dish in under 15 minutes!"

  • 4 pieces of 5 oz Atlantic cod fillets or any white fish of your choice (about 150g each) defrosted and pat dry
  • pinch of salt and pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 cup kimchi chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoon thinly sliced green onion (optional)



1. Lightly grease a pizza pan or a shallow bakeware.

2. Place the fish inside pizza pan and season with some salt and pepper. Air fry at 380F (190C) for about 5 minutes.

3. Spread the chopped kimchi over the fish and top it with mozzarella cheese. Air fry again at 380F (190C) for about 3 minutes until the internal temperature exceeds 145F (63C) for most fish.

4. Sprinkle some green onion to serve if desired.
