Greenland halibut fillets with spicy sauce 


"Because of the Halibuts delicious mild taste, adding a spicy sauce on top will elevate all the light flavours and create a satiable taste. Enjoy!"

  • 500 mL (2 cups) Sweet Basil Marinara Pasta Sauce
  • 2 mL (½ tsp.) Tabasco sauce or harissa
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
    To taste
  • pepper
  • 4 halibut fillets, 225 g (½ lb.) each
  • 75 mL (1/3 cup) chopped fresh coriander

Ingredients

Method

1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
2. Combine pasta sauce with Tabasco sauce and garlic. Season with pepper to taste.
3. Place fish in an ovenproof dish.
4. Pour sauce onto fish and bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.

5. Garnish with coriander before serving.

6. Accompany with bok choy and couscous.
